Mobile issues with HydraFlix usually come down to one of three things: the browser being used, accumulated cache, or a network-level block from your carrier. The fixes are slightly different on mobile compared to desktop, so they are worth going through separately.
For iPhone (iOS)
Safari on iOS sometimes struggles with certain streaming embeds. If HydraFlix is not loading or the video player is not appearing, the first thing to try is switching to Chrome for iOS. Chrome handles the streaming libraries HydraFlix uses more reliably on iPhone.
To clear Safari's cache on iPhone, go to Settings, scroll down to Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data. This clears cache and cookies in one step. After clearing, go back to HydraFlix and it should load fresh.
There is no official HydraFlix app for iPhone. If you find one on the App Store or on a download site, it is not legitimate. HydraFlix is a browser-based platform only.
For Android
Android gives you a bit more flexibility. If HydraFlix is not loading in Chrome, try Firefox for Android — it supports uBlock Origin as a proper extension, which actually makes the streaming experience better on Android than on desktop Chrome in some cases.
To clear Chrome's cache on Android, open Chrome, tap the three-dot menu, go to Settings, Privacy and Security, Clear Browsing Data, select Cached images and Cookies, then clear. Same process as desktop but through the app.
If the site still does not load after clearing cache, your mobile carrier may be blocking it. Switching to a different Wi-Fi network or using a mobile VPN app confirms this quickly.
